Return Policy

Your satisfaction is my top priority!

If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, please reach out and let me know what I can do to help.

  • My main goal is to have your items ready for pick up as soon as possible. Once you have placed an order, if you have not received a confirmation email with instructions for payment and pick-up, please text or call Alicia at 832-746-3287. 

  • At this time, I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds due to a "change of heart," as part of the proceeds will have already been donated to ministry causes. However, to ensure your happiness, please double check the style and description for each item, and reach out if you have further questions.

  • I am not responsible for items that are damaged after delivery. 

  • If your product does not meet your expectations, please send an email to alicia.searl@gmail.com, and we will do our very best to replace the item.

  • Any products shipped that become lost or damaged in the mail can be replaced. These requests need to be made known within two weeks of arrival, along with a photo of the damage, and a replacement item will be shipped for free as soon as possible.

  • Please note that prices adjust according to supply and demand, inflation costs, and cost for supplies.

  • Due to this local shop being family operated, we appreciate any feedback and welcome ways to make this process easy for you.
