I'm Alicia Searl. It's nice to meet you! So glad you stopped by!

I'm just your ordinary mom striving to carry out an "extra" ordinary purpose that has become near and dear to my heart. After the unexpected and sudden loss of my own momma, I saw the need to live out her legacy with my daughters. My hope is that my sweet momma's story continues to live on by offering many more daughters (including you) a way to live boldly for Christ.
 
A virtuous woman who could find? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts her and she works diligently to provide for her family. She has an inner strength and stays humble. She serves others and is faithful to the Lord.

This was my mother. The Proverbs 31 woman. She lived this out beautifully, and those that knew her were truly blessed. As her heart was big and her love was fierce.

Writing has always been a passion of mine, but now it has also become a source of healing. Praying the heartfelt words you find here or in my books resonate with you, and that they offer you a bit of hope and peace. More importantly, my prayer is that God uses the stories you find here to convey a message to you (His message), touching your heart, and drawing you closer to Him.

Besides pouring my heart on a page, I enjoy sipping on a good cup of coffee, creating faith-filled trinkets (check out the local shop), and spending time "building" our little cabin, we lovingly call Sweet Haven. It truly has been a blessing and has repaired so many broken pieces in my heart. We know it will do the same for others and that God has a beautiful purpose for this place.
